Terra Nova Season 1 Episode 7: Nightfall

 You may say that this one is all about the land of promise, like the typical land overflowing with milk and honey. But Terra Nova means new land, a new land where everything, especially the whole of earth is depleted with natural resources thanks a lot to the humans who just work on Mother Nature greedily. And here’s a show that will make us realize that nature, and the whole of Earth will definitely seek revenge when the right time comes. Let’s get to the bottom of things, Terra Nova starts with the Shannon family, who sail back in time 85 million years ago into the past in order to save the whole of humanity. While you’re sitting in there thinking if you’ll get the third bag of popcorn from the microwave or not, the year is 2149, a time when all life on the planet is just as depleted as hell because of extinction thanks to the dwindling worldwide dirty air quality and overpopulation. Verdant pastures are gone, and it has become almost impossible for humanity to survive. Somewhere in a place called Hope Plaza, there has a massive ring-shaped structure in Chicago, experts discovered a warp in space-time that acts like a portal for people to travel up to 85 million years back to the time of the late Cretaceous period, although in an alternative timeline. Just like the name of the plaza, we just hope this one comes close to hope in saving the now-dilapidated Earth.

For the previous episode, the colony fell victim to its very first murder, and Jim and Taylor dared to find the assailant. Also, Skye helped Josh find his way to get to Kira, who was his girlfriend from the future, while Elizabeth and Zoe race to help an unborn Ankylosaurus survive.  Coming up in the next episode, all of Terra Nova’s technology will be wiped out after a meteor crashes. Maddy and Reynolds will get stuck outside of the walls. Skye and Elisabeth will have to team up to save someone’s life. Mira and the Sixers will try to attack and Taylor must stop them.
