Green Lantern

In an oblivion as vast and as mysterious and tricky as our universe, a small but very powerful forces has been existing for countless years. They are called the Green Lantern Corps, said to be fighters of peace and justice, yeah, like your childhood Justice League. A brotherhood of warriors were sworn to keep intergalactic peace and order, each Green Lantern dons a ring that grants him superpowers. But when Parallax, a new enemy threatens to unman the balance of the power in the Universe, their destiny and the fate of Earth rest in the hands of their newest recruit, the only human ever selected: Hal Jordan.

Played by Ryan Reynolds, Hal is a gifted and witty test pilot yet the Green Lantern Corps have little respect for humans, who never made a record of harnessing the infinite powers of the ring anyways. But realizing that Hal is the only missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one gem no Corps member has ever had: the force of humanity. With the help of Carol Ferris, a childhood sweetheart and co-pilot, if Hal can just master his newfound powers and muster the courage that he needs to overcome fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating the Parallax… he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.
